Cozy Spot for Exploring the City 🌆
If you're looking for a spot to base yourself while exploring nearby attractions, this place is a good shout. the rooms are spotless and pretty amazing, offering a comfortable spot to rest after a day out and about. Plus, it's conveniently situated for checking out the nearby Tokyo International Forum. And hey, if you're too tired to venture out for dinner, the hotel restaurant serves up a decent meal.

The hotel had a very central location and it was an easy walk to The Police Museum. Moreover, it's very close to Ginza shopping, JR and subway and the center of Ginza very convenience...
Wi-Fi was weak, made me a little nervous.

Had very central location in the shopping district of Tokyo called Ginza. The breakfast served was adequate and satisfactory, everything you could wish for, with Japanese food.

Great location, nicely appointed room, very new and modern fittings. Fantastic bathroom.
We were mistakenly given a smoking room which was very unpleasant and made it extremely difficult to sleep.

Good location.
Service was not at Japanese standard. They never inform about the message, phone call or fax which is very strange. I have to ask at front dest " do I have any fax" and once they could not find evnen.

The check in/ check out process was simple and the staff very helpful. Being able to speak english to them helped.
Was only there one night and had breakfast in the morning. Thought everything was good. Not sure of your general clientel but it would be great to have another english tv channel that isnt news, maybe movies?

Nice and quite area and handy location for Tokyo station. Room was really nice and unexpectedly spacious for Japan and/or area. Good price (with non-refundable advance purchase) - both facility and pricewise probably the best hotel of this chain I had used recently.
Although quite close, the hotel isnt exactly where shown on map (the right place is on block Nr.9, few blocks bottom-left). Taking into account Japanese address system, this really may create a problem. Close to Tokyo station, but this still means ~15min of walk. Contrary to what I remembered from previous stay in the area, the nightlife in Ginza seems to be hardly existent (probably I was there later this time - around and after midnight), however I was surprised to find that the place is also a kind of red light district. Never had problems with these before, however girls here were really obtrusive (after fighting off the third one, decided to give up further looking for non-existing pubs :)

The location is amazing, just a short distance from a big wholesale fish market, and the double room we had was clean with two twin beds.
